I created an animated short film that resonates with cat owners and brings a smile to their faces. The purpose of this animation is to explore and celebrate the unique relationship between owners and their cats.

I created a watercolour stop-motion animation inspired by my initial research. Drawing from this artistic style, I planned my final outcome to reflect a similar approach. Additionally, I created comic responses based on interviews I conducted, incorporating insights and stories from my research.
I created watercolor textures and overlaid them on different colors to study their effects. Colored textures intensified hues and added depth, while black and white textures created harmonious tones. Here's a video demonstrating the overlay effect.

To convey the idea that the cats in the video are different, I specifically used cats of various colours. The storyboard illustrates the movement of each cat.
Editing Interface
I marked the different positions in this video to show the variations and layout. I also focused on enhancing realism in my videos with meticulously crafted sound effects and music, using personal recordings and sourced clips.
