This is a collaborative project with eight art specialists. We created a double-sided children's storybook focusing on child labour in the phone industry. We believed that sharing difficult truths with the younger generation could inspire reflection and positive changes in the world. The book features pop-up elements on the middle page, marking the ending for both stories and includes a QR code that directs readers to our website for more information on the topic.

My role in the group
(As an illustrator)
In the process, we divided ourselves into smaller groups to conduct research and streamline the project. Working in a studio setting, we ensured a faster and more efficient process. As the illustrator, my responsibilities included determining the artistic style, handling the colouring and outlining of the book, and creating some illustrations for the website. My role was crucial in bringing the story to life, making the complex issue of child labour accessible and engaging for children through vibrant and thoughtful illustrations. The result is an impactful and educational storybook aimed at fostering awareness and inspiring action.
